The Pagan Community Council Of Ohio

In Memory of Elric Morningstar (Dale Matthias Testerman) 1975 - 2007

It fills us with great sorrow to announce the passing of Elric Morningstar. Elric passed from this world Friday, August 10, 2007.

He had been a driving force in the PCCO. There was a passion for the work that he did. El was responsible for the formation of the Operations Committee, as well as writing many bylaw changes and beginning the Policies and Procedures Manual.

He held many positions within the organization such as Vice President of Programs, Vice President of Means, Chairman for Programs, Means, and Operations, Festival Coordinator as well as serving on multiple committees. Elric was tireless in the work that he did. He made great strides in revamping the Sponsor Membership and the Programs Committee.

There are few people who could say that they worked harder for PCCO than Elric. He pushed for a more family oriented organization. Something for the next generation. That showed in the festivals that he coordinated.

We will miss him more than any words could express. He touched our lives and our hearts, and we are so much better off having known his gentle soul.
